Elcoactive™ Limited is a trading company in the food commodities industry. We are therefore an intermediary between our Customers and Suppliers. We do not produce the products we sell or hold stock of the products ourselves but source products for our Customers from our Suppliers in different countries. Our Suppliers are both direct producers or plants holding stock of products or from other trading companies who might have the products our Customers need.
Use of Our Website:
We authorise visitors to our website to view and download non copyrighted materials only for personal, non-commercial use, provided that visitors retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original materials being downloaded. Some materials including our company logo are trademarked and copyright protected. Any unauthorised use of copyrighted or trademarked materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our Sales Terms:

​​1. We advise all our customers to know the products they request to buy through us or those products we offer them for sales before confirming purchasing those offered products from us.
2. Elcoactive™ Limited would fully inform our customers by email, social media or by phone, about all the details of products they intend to purchase through us same as we would receive from our suppliers. Such details would include description of products, products quality reports, all associated documentations of the products, pictures of the product/s and videos (if applicable or requested by the customer) and any relevant material that the customer may request prior to agreeing to confirm purchase of the product in question.
3. Customers are to be made aware it is logical that comprehensive information about products cannot be contained on a single sheet of paper. Hence our sales invoices billed to customers may contain limited or abbreviated descriptions of the product/s. However, customers would receive full information as we would receive from our suppliers about the product our customers intend to buy through us.
4. Our customers are advised to carefully read all product descriptions and accompanied information as would be stated on our invoices/sales contract s to know exactly what products are being offered to them and to request further information if they find information stated on our invoices/sales contract sent to them to be inadequate. In such instances, our customers are strongly advised to immediately make us aware of any missing information that should have been sent to them before committing to proceed with their purchases. The customer must further proceed to make request of any such missing information and to receive such information before proceeding to confirm purchase. Elcoactive ™ Limited would not accept any liability resulting from the customer's failure to inform us immediately of any deemed missing information about product/s being offered by Elcoactive™ Limited to them before confirming purchase.
5. Elcoactive™ Limited accept no liability of any kind of our customers purchasing a product they do not know, either by description, name or grading.
6. Our customers have three working days from the time of confirming purchase of product/s to cancel such confirmed purchase if they so wish to cancel.
7. Deposits paid as initial part payment by our customers towards purchases to us are non-refundable if such customer's order/s are confirmed with our Suppliers or Plants and deposits on such orders are paid towards our customer's order/s to our Suppliers or Plants. However, if order/s on which such deposits are paid cannot be fulfilled due to our Supplier's inability to honour our customer's requirements base on some explained market condition/s, any deposit/s paid towards such unfulfilled orders will be refunded to the customer.
8. Elcoactive™ Limited accept no liability for any loss to our customers that may be due to our customers market conditions or their inability to market and sell their products they purchase from us.
9. Elcoactive™ Limited reserve the right to cancel any purchased product by our customers that initial deposits are not paid for by our customers within 10 working days or days as stipulated on our sales invoices to our customers.
10. Elcoactive Limited reserve the right to resell all purchased products made by our customers that deposits are not paid for within 10 working days from the date our sales invoice/s is/are issued to the customers.
11. Elcoactive™ Limited reserve the right to resell our customer’s orders if our customers delay payment/s of balance/s due towards their purchased orders within stipulated time frame on our sales invoice/s issued to the customer/s, in which case our customers deposit/s paid towards such order/s would be non-refundable. Such non-refund deposits would be used for our administrative purposes and count towards reselling price Elcoactive ™ Limited would offer the product/s to other customers interested to buy such order/s.
12. Our customers are strictly required to pay all outstanding balances towards their purchased orders to Elcoactive™ Limited with ten (10) days before their containers arrive at their destination ports. Any demurrage cost on our customers container/s that are result of delay of payments or nonpayment/s of all outstanding balances by our customers on their container/s within 10 days before their containers arrival at destination ports, will be the liability of our customers.
13. Demurrage cost on goods because of failure or delay of our customers to clear goods at port of destinations are the liability of our customers.
Complaints and Claims:

We do our best to make sure the products we source and sell to our customers are of the highest standard that meets our customers’ request.
However, if our customers after receiving their purchased orders found that the standard of product, they purchased do not meet the standard as documented, photographed sent prior to confirming purchase of such products and or accompanying video that describes the product that they agreed to buy, and therefore, wishes to complain about their orders, such customers may launch complaint supported with all evidence from world recognised body sent to Elcoactive ™ Limited;

Dealing with our Customers Complains and Claims:

· In dealing with our customers complaints, Elcoactive ™ Limited would forward our customers complaints and claims with all evidence received from our customers to our Suppliers for investigation. Since we mostly work with established producers and plants, we are confident that our customers can be assured that their complaints would be investigated at the very root level from the plants for a clear and logical outcome.
· Elcoactive™ Limited as a trading company and act as an intermediary between our customers and suppliers would only take responsibility to act in our capacity to forward complaints and claims including all evidence we receive from our customer in support of their complaints to the direct producers or plants or to the immediate supplier as we source our customers’ order/s for investigation. Elcoactive™ Limited in such cases will follow up on such complains and claims on our suppliers and to communicate all responses and outcomes from our suppliers with our customers either by postal mail, e-mail, social media or by phone.
· It is deemed that the outcome we receive from our supplier’s investigation into our customer’s claim or complaints are the outcome and conclusion of Elcoactive™ Limited.
· Elcoactive ™ Limited would accept any liability to act differently in dealing with our customers complaint than investigation and conclusions Elcoactive ™ Limited receives from our suppliers.
· Elcoactive™ Limited. would not accept any responsibility to act or make different decisions and conclusion from that of our Suppliers but, may further verify evidence from our customers to find out if our suppliers’ investigation and conclusion logically satisfies response to our customers claim/s.
· Elcoactive ™ Limited in a case of receiving our customers complaint may, however, enter unbinding voluntary exclusive negotiations with our customers for the best solution.
Our terms and conditions as stated on this page as above is a continuation of our sales terms stated on our invoices or sales contracts we issue to our customers and are deemed to form part and extended part of our sales invoices.
Any unresolved claim or complaint from our customers or suppliers that are to be litigated on are solely to be under the laws of England and Wales in a competent court in the jurisdiction of England and Wales.
By confirming purchase through or from us implies our customers have read and agree to our full Sales Terms and Conditions as stated in this page and our Privacy Policy as on our website.
