Working hand-in-hand with other departments in our organisation, the Logistics Management Team make sure accurate data of all tracking systems operate in the most efficient manner.
our Logistic Management Team consistently engage in communication with other Management Teams, Agents, Suppliers and Customers in making sure all records of information about our Customers orders, shipments records and movement of orders are consistently monitored and tracked along the journey till our Customers orders are received and delivered promptly.
SALES
Our Sales Team are Customer focus to making sure our Customers get the best offers in the market without compromising on product quality that are offered.
Equip with vast experience and knowledge in our field of trade, our Sales Team best understand our Customers need of getting the best quality product at the best offer price in the market. With these understanding, our Sales Team spend time to carefully explore our reputable Partnered Suppliers database for the best matched offers that best suites the Customer's need.

With these aim in mind, our Customer & Supplier Relation Team work in collaboration with all our other departmental teams to ensure all communications be it negotiations or finding the best way in handling any issue are handled with the respect it requires.
Any issue that might pop up, be it Customer's complaint or Supplier error in handling orders to requirement needed are handled by our efficient Customer & Supplier Relation Team in making sure all matters that may arise achieve their satisfactory end at all sides
